Meet the Staff

Dani Tucci-Juraga

Owner/Director, All Tap, Ballet I & II, Jazz II,III, Adult, Contemporary, Zumba

Dani is a member of the Dance Educators of America, SAG-AFTRA and Actors Equity. 

She has enjoyed a professional dance career as Principal Dancer, and Swing for; Sesame Street Live (USA & Asia), The Magic School Bus Live and Disney Cruise Lines.  Broadway: A one month engagement at Madison Square Garden with Sesame Street Live. Theater: The Rocky Horror Show (NJ Perry Award, nominee), Damn Yankee's (Lola), Sweet Charity (Charity), White Christmas (Judy Haynes).  Film: ‘Silver Linings Playbook’ (Featured Dancer) under the direction of David O. Russell and choreographer, Mandy Moore.

Dani is a freelance choreographer, guest teaching artist for the Broadway Dance Series at the Bucks County Playhouse and adjudicator for the High School Drama Festival at the Bucks County Playhouse. 

She is thankful for God’s gift and promises that are the driving force behind her every move, and Kresimir and Adam whose love is simply amazing.

Rachel Tovar

Hip Hop

Rachel Tovar is a graduate of Rider University, with a double major in Public Relations and Dance.

She has choreographed many community theater and high school shows including the highly acclaimed In The Heights this past year at the Kelsey Theater.  She is a five year veteran choreographer for The Kelsey Theater Award ceremonies in Mercer County as well as performer.  Some show favorites are White Christmas-ActorsNET & CATS-Kelsey Theater.

Rachel is a Preschool teacher during the school year and is the head of the dance department of a performing arts workshop during the summer.


Kim Cupo

Pre-Dance I & II

Kim has been teaching at Downstage Center since 2007.  She has always wanted to spark a love and passion for dance in young children and she is so grateful she has the opportunity to do so!
Kim has been performing since the age of 5 in all areas of dance, theatre and vocal performance.  She has performed professionally at Sesame Place and can be seen on the stage at Kelsey Theatre where she has appeared in musical productions such as: City of Angels (Donna/Oolie), Shrek (Fiona), Urinetown (Hope Cladwell), Suessical (Gertrude), and The Wiz (Addapearl). Other credits include: Les Miserables, The Wedding Singer, Snoopy – The Musical, You're a Good Man Charlie Brown, The Music Man, Once Upon a Mattress, The Boyfriend, Lucky Stiff, Irene and Anything Goes.
Kim has had the opportunity to work behind the scenes as a choreographer for her college Dance and Theatre companies and has helped produce and choreograph shows at Sesame Place.  She has choreographed musicals at Kutztown Middle School and has a teaching degree in Elementary and Early Childhood Education.  Of all the roles she has played throughout life, her most favorite and memorable one is being “Mommy” to the most amazing little boy, Parker!


Stephanie Venanzi

Jazz Pop I & II

Stephanie Venanzi began her training at the age of five and continues to this day to further her education both as a dancer and a teacher. She hopes to inspire her students and allow them to have a creative voice through dance. She has appeared in Thoroughly Modern Millie (featured dancer), The King & I (Simon of Le Gree), The Fantasticks (The Mute) for which she was nominated for a Perry Award, A Chorus Line (Judy), Legally Blonde (Chutney Windham).  Other credits include: Fame, The Producers, The Wedding Singer, Urinetown, MCCC's Camp College dance, hip hop, and stomp programs. Choreography includes: Annie, South Pacific, Eloise, Bye Bye Birdie, Grease, The King and I, Oliver, Seussical, Annie Get Your Gun, & Legally Blonde. Professional Choreography includes: Maurer Production's SHREK at The Kelsey Theater for which she won a Kelsey Award.

Stephanie holds a BA from The College of New Jersey specializing in Elementary Education and English.  Her days are spent as a high school English teacher.  This fall, Miss Stephanie is looking forward to to dancing down the aisle at her own wedding!


Kathryn Skelly

Ballet III & IV, Pointe

Kate has been training in Ballet since age 8.  She was a member of the Ballet NJ company in Berlin NJ for over 12 years performing in full length professional ballets such as: Sleeping Beauty, Swan Lake, The Nutcracker, and La Bayadere. Other stage credits include: Cats, White Christmas, Riding the Comet, My Three Angels, Once Upon A Mattress, A Chorus Line, Cabaret.  She has also Choreographed: Company, Anne of Green Gables and The Scarlet Pimpernel at Town and Country Players. Kate is currently studying for BS in Environmental Design at the San Francisco Institute of Architecture.  


Trina Mar

Modern I/II & III/IV, Jazz IV

TrinaŹ¼s love of performing began as a child while watching her mother direct and choreograph.  She grew up a dancer and theatrical performer, eventually graduating from Marymount Manhattan College with a B.A. in Theater Arts/Acting as well as continued studies at the Neighborhood Playhouse in New York City.  Professional credits include:  Sesame Place- Dance Captain and Entertainment Supervisor, ‘Playhouse Disney Live’-National Tour, Mahattan’s Children’s Theatre and McCarter Theater. 

Recently Trina is certified to teach Zumba and Yoga Alliance.

A New York City based actor for over 10 years, she now resides in Bucks County and splits her time between both.  A voice over artist and an avid sewer as well, Trina is thrilled to be sharing her love of the arts with her students!
